Job Position: Inbound Order Entry / CSR's - Outbound/Inbound

Job Qualifications:

Some high school education required. Must be able to speak English clearly and effectively. Students are welcome, but must be 16 years of age.

Job Description:

Order Entry reps process orders from

inbound sales calls.

CSR's sell various products & services to individuals and/or businesses via telephone conversations using a conversational "soft sell" process, taking the order details.

The reps, while an MTI employee, are an extension of the client, and therefore represent the client to the customer. Both sales and customer service skills are required.

Rapid advance to $9 per hour with extra pay for evenings and weekends. Paid time off, medical, dental and 401k.
